Randy is the Director of Property Management for Frank Otte Landscape and Design Group. He has been with Frank Otte Landscape and Design Group for 3 years. Randy effectively manages, coordinates, and executes the daily operation of all properties. He has acquired the knowledge and experience through past careers to enhance his qualifications as the Director of Property Management.

When Randy was in his teen years, he worked on the Otte family farm with his school friends during the summers. He would later move on from summer work to high school and would continue his life in Louisville by building a family and having meaningful careers that would lead him to where he is now with Frank Otte Landscape and Design Group. When Randy is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting.
